Policy Engagement

The MPHC engages and supports public policies which support the advancement of the State Health Improvement Plan as seen through the definitions of each of the Goal Groups. The MPHC Policy committee, through consensus-based decision making, will determine what policies to engage in and what level of engagement is appropriate. They will frame their decisions based on this guiding principle: does this policy help advance our vision of becoming the healthiest state in the nation?
