A Healthier North Dakota Starts Here.

About MPHC

The Foundation for a Healthy North Dakota, American Heart Association, and North Dakota Health & Human Services teamed up on June 10, 2024 to launch a new health collaborative that builds bridges for a healthier North Dakota. In July 2025, StrengthenND joined the initiative. The Multi-Partner Health Collaborative (MPHC) advocates for sustainable resources and increasing access to options that foster health and wellness throughout the state with the vision of North Dakota becoming the healthiest state in the nation.

Vision

To become the healthiest state in the nation.

Mission

The MPHC brings together community organizations, healthcare systems, businesses, and government agencies to improve the health of North Dakotans.

Purpose

To be a collaborative voice to bring resources and community-wide approaches to prevent, treat, and manage public health priorities to ensure all North Dakotans have the ability to reach and maintain their optimal health.

Collaboration: Sharing and collecting valuable insights and executing practical solutions, resulting in measurable outcomes.
